No, in full compliance with the latest emergency health directives, we have decided to suspend shipping and the possibility of shopping on our online store.

You can still continue to browse our collections and we have activated a notification service on all product pages so that you can receive an update as soon as shipping is resumed. We also advise that you create a My Sportmax account to save your favourite products to your wish list.

Orders placed by March 23rd have processed and we’ll do our very best to deliver them in the quoted time frame.

If you don’t receive your order by that date, please contact our Customer Care department.

Steps to request a return online have remained the same. In order to better accommodate you, we have extended our return policy to 30 days from when your order is delivered. For more information, please contact our customer service.

Of course, our Customer Care department is working remotely and is at your disposal should you have any queries.

Any costs relating to other forms of contact are non-refundable.
